How do I place an order?
Simply browse our store, add your favorite lighting or décor items to your cart, and click “Checkout.”We accept major debit/credit cards, PayPal, and secure payment options through Shopify Payments.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes! All transactions are processed securely through Shopify’s SSL encryption.
We never store or share your full credit card details.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be canceled within 3 days before shipping.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times depend on your location and the product. For the United States, please allow 1 to 3 business days for delivery.
How can I track my order?
After your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link.
Do you offer international shipping?
No, we do not currently offer international shipping.
What if my order hasn’t arrived yet?
Deliveries can sometimes be delayed by customs. If your order hasn't arrived in 7 business days,

What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
We are not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but not received.Please contact the carrier first; if needed, reach out to us and we’ll assist with a solution.

Are your lighting products certified or safe to use?
Yes, our products come from trusted suppliers and meet international safety standards.Always follow the included installation and usage instructions for best results.
Do the lights come with bulbs?
It depends on the product. Some fixtures include bulbs, while others do not.Check the product description for specific details before purchasing.
Do you offer installation services?
Not at this time. However, most of our products are designed for easy self-installation or with help from a licensed electrician.

What is your return policy?
- We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in original packaging.

How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once your return is approved and received, refunds are issued within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

No, you can check out as a guest.
