Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Base Light Home. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

  • You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us immediately at support@baselighthome.com with photos.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or “Final Sale” items
  • Customized or special orders
  • Used or installed lighting products

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection via email.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

4. Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange, email support@baselighthome.com with your order details and photos.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.
For return instructions, contact support@baselighthome.com before sending any items back.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not shipped yet.
Once your order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
